1. Stir 50g Green Curry Paste with 250g water and boil it evenly.
(Amount of water can be adjusted to taste)
2. Add 80g hericium mushroom, 80g Thai eggplant, 25g coconut cream, 5g basil leaves.
3. Bring it to a boil again and enjoy.
