Quick & Easy Vegetable Curry

Vegetable curry is the most commonly seen dish in Malaysia, let us show you how quick & easy the dish can be prepared by using our curry paste. Definitely a time-saving way to prepare a delectable meal for your family.

Recommended Cooking/Serving Instructions:

1. Saute 70g curry paste, add in 180g tomatoes and vegetables of your choice.

2. Add in some cabbage, mix well.  

3. Add in 30g water into the pot, stir well and boil for one minute.

4. Add in beancurd skin and lady finger, boil for another minute. 

5. At this point, add 60g coconut cream and stir constantly. 

6. Bring it to a boil again until all vegetables are cooked. 

7. Ladle to a bowl, serve hot.
