A staple in Japanese cuisine, Miso is incredibly versatile and its usage is limitless. Let’s explore into wholesome Miso Stir Fry Sugar Snap Pea today!

Recommended Cooking/Serving Instructions:

1. Add 1 tbsp olive oil into the frying pan. 

2. Add 5g finely chopped ginger, saute with 25g vegan miso paste. 

 

3. Add 50g wakame and 150g blanched sugar snap pea, stir fry. 

4. Add 30g water, simmer for minutes. 

5. Add 70g bell pepper and 1/4tsp sesame oil. Stir fry for another minute or until bell pepper & sugar snap pea are cooked. 

6. Dish out and Miso Stir Fry Sugar Snap Pea is ready to serve.
