Our vegan Japan Miso Paste boasts a mild, sweet flavour that is perfect for vegetables, soups, dressings and marinades. Oishi!
Recommended Cooking/Serving Instructions:
1. Put 15g miso paste into the pot
2. Add in 150g water and 2g wakame.
3. Stir well and bring it to boil.
4. Add in 20g plant-based milk and 25g diced tofu.
5. Bring it to boil again.
6. Pour over the miso soup; garnish with toasted sesame seeds and fresh coriander. Serve hot.
Tips: best paired with plain soy milk.
